From new banners to new weapons and artifacts, events, and everything in-between, here's all the latest news around Genshin Impact 2.3 and when it will finally go live.
Genshin Impact 2.3 Release Date
Genshin Impact 2.3 is only some hours away. Players will be able to experience the new update on November 24, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. Server Time.
- November 23, 7:00 p.m. PDT
- November 23, 10:00 p.m. EST
- November 23, 3:00 a.m. GMT
The servers are under maintenance, it will take about five hours.
Players will receive a compensation of 300 Primogems for this time, and if it's extended, more Primogems will be distributed.
Genshin Impact 2.3 Character Banners
Eula's Born of Ocean Swell and Albedo's Secretum Secretorum banners will also go live on November 24, 2021.
It is confirmed that the two banners will feature the same 4-star characters and, the pity is shared between the two.
The chances of pulling the following 4-star characters will be increased:
- Bennet - Pyro (Sword)
- Noelle - Geo (Claymore)
- Rosaria - Cryo (Polearm)
The second set of Character Event Banners will feature the new 5-Star Geo Claymore users, Itto, as well as the 4-Star Geo Bow user, Gorou.
Genshin Impact 2.3 Pre-Load Available
Genshin Impact players can start preloading the next update. The new Genshin Impact 2.3 file size is 3.75Gb for Android and IOS and around 6.0Gb for PC players.
Genshin Impact 2.3 Map Changes
There will be no major changes or additions to Teyvat in Genshin Impact 2.3. Instead, players will be heading back to Dragonspine to continue their adventures with Albedo in the "Shadows Amidst Snowstorms" event.
Genshin Impact 2.3 Events
As mentioned above, "Shadows Amidst Snowstorms" will be the major event of Genshin Impact 2.3, featuring more stories involving Albedo and a new 4-Star Sword, the Cinnabar Spindle.
