With Genshin Impact 2.0 officially announced via the miHoYo's Special Announcement Program, new weapons and artifacts have been confirmed for the latest update.
Genshin Impact 2.0 New Weapons and Artifacts
Six new weapons were announced during the Genshin Impact 2.0 live stream, each themed around the regions of Inazuma and the Electro element.
Amenoma Kageuta Blade (Sword)

Two previously leaked Artifact sets were also confirmed during the live stream.
Hatajirushi of Isolation
- 2 piece: +20% Energy Recharge
- 4 piece: Increase elemental burst damage, the extent of the increase being equal to 30% of Energy Recharge. Elemental burst damage can be increased by up to 75%.
Shimenawa of Memories
- 2 piece: ATK +18%
- 4 piece: If the character has 15 more energy, casting elemental skill will drain 15 energy and increase Normal, Charged, and Plunge attacks by 50% for 10 seconds.

Genshin Impact 2.0 - Inazuma
Genshin Impact 2.0 will introduce the Inazuma region of Teyvat to Genshin Impact, a series of islands ruled over by the Electro Archon Baal.
A tyrannical leader, she has placed the entire region under lockdown, making it almost impossible for people to get in or to leave.
Currently, the Traveler has requested the aid of Beidou and the Crux Fleet to smuggle them into Inazuma and continue their quests for the seven gods of Teyvat.
