Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 is right around the corner, with just one week left of Season 4.

When Does Season 4 End?
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 was due to end on November 30th.
Since then the date has been pushed around before finally being confirmed to end on December 2nd.
The Countdown Has Begun
The countdown has begun for the end of season event.
The countdown is currently showing that the event will take place on Tuesday, 1 December at 4pm EST / 9pm GMT.
The Battle Bus Theory
In a recent tweet, Epic Games showed the Battle Bus loaded with Gamma Cells.
Also over the last few days, players may have noticed that the Battle Bus has changed and looks more like a rocket, using a thruster to fly the bus over the map rather than the balloon.
There is a theory that players will actually be able to control the Battle Bus during the event.
Perhaps it could be used as a RC missile where players have to drive the Gamma Cells into Galactus to try and take him down.
With the event being the biggest yet, 4GB in size compared to the Black Hole event which was 480MB, it seems this will be a long event with many twists and turns.
Galactus Continues Ascent
As Chapter 2 Season 5 looms, Galactus is slowly making his presence known in Fortnite.
Over recently days his horns have been seen peaking over the horizon of the Fortnite map.
He can be found north west of Sweaty Sands.
Today he has continued his ascent further with even more of his horns and helmet becoming visible.
Over the coming days, as the end of season event draws closer, Galactus will continue to rise above the map until he is towering over it.
In a leaked image by HYPEX we can see from the Battle Pass menu that by the time the event happens Galactus will be looking down on the map.
In comparison to the map and terrain he is extremely large and will likely be similar in size to Travis Scott during his concert event.
