FUT Champions is a game mode within Ultimate Team that rewards the elite players with top prizes like huge packs, coins and unique red in-form cards.
Players will be matched up against better opponents as they win more games throughout the competition each week.
Find out exactly how FUT Champs will work in FIFA 23 and when the competition officially kicks off this year.
How to Qualify
Players will need to start off in Division 10 in Rivals and will have to make their way through the ladder until they are able to enter the FUT Champions Finals.
Players will be allocated points based on their performance, as opposed to the traditional wins format that was used in years past.
Once you have accumulated enough points during the season, you’ll be able to enter the FUT Champions Play-Offs, which is also a points-based system.
You can play these playoff games throughout the week when suits you best, then once you've earned enough points, you can enter the FUT Champs Finals.
This final stage is going to take place on Weekends, so make sure you have enough time during these days to get the 20 games in.
When does FUT Champs start in FUT 23?
We expect the FUT Champions Play-Offs to be made available to compete in as soon as the game is fully released.

So, you will have until the following Friday, 7 October to earn enough Division Rivals points in order to enter the FUT Champs Play-Offs and then qualify for the Weekend League.
The first FUT Champions Weekend League will take place between Friday, 7 October and Sunday, 9 October.
