One area that needs to be improved is the frame rate.
Major frame rate augments would optimize the game so that there are fewer dips when players are performing a variety of actions, as simple as walking through the streets of Night City.

Patch Notes
Update 1.1 has no formal patch notes yet, but we expect it will be much larger than the previous patch, Update 1.06.
Fixes includes:
- Dum Dum will no longer go missing from Totentanz entrance during Second Conflict.
- Improved memory management and stability, resulting in fewer crashes.
- Removed the 8 MB save file size limit. Note: this won’t fix save files corrupted before the update.
File Size
The 1.06 update was 18GB in size, about 1/3 of the total games size.
1.07 is expected to be even larger as it addresses the majority of the early issues the game has.

Free DLC
It's been confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 DLC is coming in 2021! While expectations were an early 2021 release, latest updates from CD Projekt Red suggest a mid-2021 DLC pack is more likely.
There is no official word on what the DLC will be, but CDPR did promise numerous pieces of free content in addition to later paid DLC.
