Despite its glitches and many issues, Cyberpunk 2077 is a very impressive game from a visual perspective.
The game maximises its use of RTX, pushing gaming into the next generation.
What Is Ray Tracing
Ray Tracing is the next big thing in gaming.
While not new technology, it is only now that we are seeing it being commonly used in video games.
Nvidia's RTX 20 and 30 series of GPUs have the capabilities to take use Ray Tracing, as well as both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
Cyberpunk 2077 takes advantage of this technology to allow for even greater visuals when it comes to lighting and reflections.
But there is actually a hidden RTX cinematic mode in the game that can be activated very easily, without the need for mods.
Hidden RTX Cinematic Mode
NexusMods user andwhat112 has discovered a hidden RTX cinematic mode that anyone can turn on by following a few simple steps, without the need for installing mods or reshaders.
Turning this on improves level of detail settings, lighting, and ambient occlusion, but does use an extra 2GB of VRAM so make sure your GPU can handle the extra load before turning it on.
How To Turn It On
