Apex Legends is finally making its way to Android and iOS devices around the world today, following a beta period.
Mobile versions have proven popular for the likes of PUBG, Fortnite, and Call of Duty, so Apex Legends is the latest game to get the treatment.
Here is everything you need to know about the Apex Legends Mobile release date, as - unfortunately - it keeps changing.
LATEST - Apex Legends Mobile Release Date Is Today
Following a delay, Apex Legends Mobile is out in some regions around the world today.
It was initially due to release on February 28, but the release date was pushed back to March 7. Below is the official tweet revealing the delay.
Nothing else has been said since, so a further delay is unlikely. We'll continue to keep you updated, though.
When is Apex Legends Mobile Released?
After spending plenty of time in the closed beta last year, players won't have to wait much longer to get their hands on Apex Legends Mobile, with it going live on 7 March, 2022.
While players may be excited to play with their friends who are already playing, it appears that cross-play is not yet on the cards between mobile devices, consoles, or PC.
However, at launch, players will have an array of their favourite characters to play as. Players will be able to play Bloodhound, Gibraltar, Lifeline, Wraith, Bangalore, Octane, Mirage, Pathfinder, and Caustic.
Where and How can you play Apex Legends Mobile?
While it may be close to release, Apex Legends Mobile will not have a global release. Instead, it is opting to release in 10 countries: New Zealand, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Australia, and Malaysia. Despite the closed beta also taking place in countries such as India and Egypt, they have not appeared on this list. Whether or not they will be appearing in these territories is not yet certain.
As of yet, EA and Respawn have not yet confirmed when it will be released in other territories. Players in these areas will be able to play Apex Legends Mobile on Android and iOS smartphones and devices.
