In Apex Legends Season 8, Supply Drops will continue to provide the best weapons in Kings Canyon.
Thanks to some early Apex Legends Season 8 Fuse gameplay footage, we now know what weapons players will be able to find in Supply Drops.
Supply Drops can be found throughout the duration of an Apex Legends game and contain a mix of weapons, consumables, and high-tier gear.
In the past, a fully-loaded R-99 and Devotion have been found inside Supply Drops alongside the originally-legendary Mastiff Shotgun.
From mid-2019, Heirloom Weapons with a red rarity have been the highlights of Supply Drops and rotated between seasons. Until now...
No Change In Weapons
In a series of gameplay videos that are being used to showcase New Legend Fuse and the new 30-30 repeater, it can be seen that the three Heirloom weapons found in Supply Drops are going to remain unchanged.
The three current Heirloom weapons that can be found in Supply Drops are:
- Peacekeeper Shotgun
- Prowler PDW Submachine Gun
- Kraber .50-Cal Sniper Rifle
All three of these weapons were seen in multiple videos showcasing Season 8 gameplay. This confirms that they will be appearing in Supply Drops at the start of Season 8.
In addition to this, there have been no coding changes to suggest that the devs aren't planning on a change for a little while, at least.
Despite this, Respawn Entertainment hasn't confirmed anything yet and a last-minute change is possible. However, it is unlikely.
This is the fourth consecutive season that players will be able to find the fan-favourite Peacekeeper Shotgun in Supply Drops.
