It looks like Microsoft may just follow in the footsteps of Netflix and Spotify by offering family plans for their subscription service 'Xbox Game Pass'.
"It's something we'd like to do"
In an online Q&A on Twitter, Head of Xbox Phil Spencer revealed that a family plan is in the pipeline.
Whilst there are deals available for one console households, a plan for multiple consoles does not exist. Not yet anyway.
The current subscription covers two people sharing a console, however there is no option available for multiple consoles, which Spencer acknowledges as an issue they are working to resolve.
A potential new 'family subscription' offer would obviously be more expensive than what is available, but split numerous ways is bound to work out as a better deal.
