Ever since the release of the Legion expansion, Mythic+ dungeons have been a key feature in World of Warcraft. For Dragonflight, players can expect the same, especially when it comes to the loot.
Loot from Mythic+ is unique in that, as opposed to raids where the loot is tied to its difficulties (LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic), the item level from the dungeon scales—the higher the Keystone, the higher the item level.
That being said, here are the items levels for Mythic+ loot in WoW Dragonflight.

What Item Level is Mythic+ Loot WoW Dragonflight?
Mythic+ loot in WoW Dragonflight will serve similarly to past expansions, however, there will be some changes.
In Dragonflight, +15 keys will provide players with high Heroic raid gear in their Great Vaults, which used to be Mythic raid gear in Shadowlands, and high Normal raid gear in end-of-dungeon chests, which was slightly below Heroic in Shadowlands.
The loot will also scale past +15 all the way to +20, which will give players mid-level Mythic gear in the Great Vault and slightly below mid-level Heroic in end-of-dungeon chests. Additionally, Valor will now scale to level 13, which is equivalent to low-level Mythic gear—previously was scaled to level 12, which was high-level Heroic in Shadowlands.
It's worth noting, however, that gear from Mythic+, upgraded or not, will never supersede the gear from Mythic raiding, especially in the later bosses of Vault of the Incarnates.
