How to get a Mythic+ Keystone in WoW Dragonflight
The best, and easiest, way to get a Mythic+ Keystone is by completing a regular Mythic dungeon. Also known as a Mythic zero, these dungeons serve as the base Mythic version.
Upon finishing a regular Mythic Dungeons players will get awarded a level two Mythic+ Keystone, which can then be used to start from scratch and be pushed to the highest level possible. Players can also get a Keystone by completing any level Mythic+, specifically the first Mythic+ of the week. The key will appear at the end of the Mythic+ from the chest.
Apart from the two aforementioned methods, if a player has completed a Mythic+, they will be awarded a Keystone from the Great Vault the following week. The level of the Keystone is based on the previous week's highest Mythic+ run. For example, if a player completed a level 11 Mythic+, the following week they will be awarded a level 10 Keystone.
Players can upgrade their Keystone by completing Mythic+ dungeons in time.
Upon completing the dungeon in time, the Keystone will be upgraded by one level. Completing a Mythic+ with a certain percentage of its total time left will upgrade it even further—20% of its timer remaining will upgrade it by two, and 40% of its timer remaining will upgrade it by three.
