Valorant Episode 5 Act 2 will be released near the end of August with a new battle pass, weapon skins, agent tweaks and more.
There have been many leaks released through prolific leakers from the new agent to agent tweaks. However, not much official information has been announced by Riot Games.

Release time
Episode 5 Act 2 for Valorant will release on August 24 2022 and there is no official release time for the new act.
However, Riot Games usually release their Valorant updates at a particular time and these will look like...
- 6 am PT
- 2 pm BST
- 8 am CT
- 9 am ET
Server downtime
As is usual for new acts, the server for the game will be down for around three hours for agents.
This means that no games can be played from 6 am PT to 9 am PT. However, when this has finished, agents will be able to return to the game with all the new content too.
With the launch of a new season, the competitive queue will also be disabled for a short time.
What will the new content be?
A brand new skin line called Daedlus has been announced by Riot Games, although the tweet announcement was released shortly after.
Fans should also expect a new agent codenamed Mage with the real name of Varun Batra.
Speculations seem to think that he will be a water-themed magical agent who is of Indian heritage.
Valorant brought out a brand new map called Pearl which had replaced Split. So, one thing that we won't see is a new map or the return of Split.
