Another major UK retailer has just started selling PS5 Consoles again

Here-ye, here-ye! Another major UK retailer has just released a few more PS5 Consoles to the public and you can try at getting your hands on one. This time around, Amazon UK is releasing both Disc Edition PS5s and Digital Edition PS5s at staggered intervals. We don't know how many units are left but here's what you need to know.

Amazon UK Release PS5 Consoles

Amazon UK has finally delivered the goods and they're releasing both the Disc Edition and Digital Edition of the PS5 console at staggered intervals. PS5StockUK has stated that it looks like this will be available for Prime customers until the end of July 14th, where they should re-enter "general sale".

At approximately 08:50 BST, the Disc Edition of the PS5 went lice on Amazon Prime. Sources are suggesting that the Digital Edition will start being released at around 09:30 BST.

This is an estimation though, so you'll need to keep an eye on things.

What You Need To Know

Firstly, according to Ps5Instant, you'll need Amazon Prime. It looks like this stock release is being specifically targeted at Amazon's "Premium Customer" and that means it simply won't be an option for you if you don't have Prime or you're not logged in.

Prime isn't too expensive and more often than not, there's a free trial lurking. So, if you've never had prime you should be able to sign up for it with a click.

Secondly, you may need to Wishlist the PS5 Console on Amazon UK. After adding it to your Wishlist, you should be able to find the PS5 Console in stock on there and add it to your basket via that route instead of searching for it.

This tactic is used to try and give people faux priority for "registering interest" in the product before it's available. They're both easy things to do but could help your chances drastically.
