- Bay Hill Golf Club & Lodge (Arnold Palmer Course)
- Copperhead (Innisbrook)
- Detroit Golf Club
- East Lake Golf Club
- Quail Hollow Club
- Riviera Country Club
- St George’s Golf and Country Club
- The Renaissance Club
- Top of the Rock Golf Course
- Torrey Pines North and South Courses
- TPC Boston
- TPC Deere Run
- TPC Louisiana
- TPC River Highlands
- TPC San Antonio
- TPC Sawgrass
- TPC Scottsdale
- TPC Southwind
- TPC Summerlin
- TPC Twin Cities
- Wilmington Country Club (South Course)
There are 17 returning courses in the title, with three new additions of the South Course of Wilmington Country Club, The Renaissance Club, and St. George’s Golf and Country Club.

As well as the previously listed courses, the following will be added to PGA Tour 2K23 post-launch:
- Pebble Beach Golf Club
- Spyglass Hill
More are said to be on the way, but 2K are yet to confirm the details.
Course Creation
It's not just the officially licensed courses that will feature in PGA Tour 2K23, with the Course Designer allowing you to create your very own courses to stand alongside some of the regular venues.
As stated by 2K in a press release:
You can piece together 18 holes of majestic beauty, spend hours designing a hazardous swamp with treacherous rivers abound, create a dense woodland links-style course that weaves through towering trees, and much more.
