In the information that came from the CD Projekt Red earnings call, the developer confirmed that the next-gen versions of The Witcher 3 are still on track to release in Q2 2022.
No other information was provided on the game, nor was a concrete release date, but we'll let you know as soon as we hear more.

At the moment, The Witcher 3 doesn't have an exact release date for PS5 and Series X. It is on schedule to be released in 2022, but we'll update you as soon as a final release date is confirmed.
