LATEST - Act III: Formation Trailer
If you're looking for a new Valorant trailer, we've got you covered! Well, Riot Games has you covered but you get the idea.
There's a brand-new Valorant trailer out right now and it gives us our best look at the new map, Breeze, yet! Still no sign of a new Agent, though...

Valorant 2.08 Patch Notes
The next set of Valorant Patch Notes are finally here and we have an overview for you below.
Breeze is being introduced with a "Breeze-only" queue for two weeks! It will then be available in both Standard Unrated and Competitive playlists.
In addition to this, Coach Slots are being added to the game in both Tournament Mode and Custom Games lobbies. There's also a handful of bug fixes for Astra and Viper, as well as a few fixes for the social features. You can find the full patch notes for the update here, though.
Still No Release Schedule
Although we're expecting the new Valorant update to drop today, we unusually have very little information about what's coming (other than the new map).
Last time, the most recent Valorant title update went live at around 22:00 EST / 03:00 BST (Next Day). So, with this in mind, we're expecting a similar timeline of events this evening.
That being said though, we knew more about that update by now so maybe there's been some sort of delay? Only time will tell, unfortunately, but we're keeping an eye on Valorant's socials for the latest news.
In the meantime, the Washington Post did a deep dive into the development new map and how Riot Games put it all together. You can check that out below!

Breeze Map Revealed
Ahead of the launch of Episode 2 Act 3, Riot Games have officially revealed a new trailer for the new Breeze map that will be coming to the game along with the new season.
Check out the trailer below.
Teaser Images
The official Valorant Twitter account has just tweeted a few new teaser images of the new "Breeze" map and one of them looks like it might actually be a part of the final map.
You can see the tweets below:
In our opinion, if the map looks to be inspired by colonial fortifications on Caribbean islands. This could mean there's more verticality and tighter sight-lines to reflect the unique design of these outdated structures. Only time will tell, though.
Another Breeze Teaser
It seems pretty surefire that the next Valorant map is going to be a beach-based Breeze as another teaser has been leaked ahead of an official reveal.
You can check out the artwork below, which looks like it could be an official concept work of the new map.
We don't know much about how the map will be laid out and how it will play, but we can imagine it'll feature enough tight angles and dangerous sightlines to keep things exciting.
Valorant's New Map Teaser
We're counting down to Valorant Season 2 Act 3 in a few days and we surprisingly don't know a whole lot about what's on the way.
With that being said, ValorLeaks on Twitter has been sharing a few snippets of information over the last few days. Last week, they shared two promotional images that seem to tease the new Valorant map: Breeze.
You can check them out below:
As you can see, it doesn't really showcase what the actual map will look like. It's more a teaser for the theme of the map. Either way, it's something.
Recent Q&A All About Esports
Every now and then, Valorant's development team sit down and do a delayed Q&A session in which they try to shed some light on their decisions and respond to a number of fan queries.
If you were hoping the latest iteration of this semi-regular post would be about Episode 2 Act 3... We're sorry to tell you that it isn't.
The most recent Ask Valorant was all about Valorant Esports and the upcoming Masters tournament. You can read all about it in the tweet below:
Release Date
Although we don't have anything confirming the release date for Valorant Episode 2 Act 3, we can take a look at the current Act to get a sense of when we should expect it to drop.
Episode 2 Act 2 ends on April 20, 2021, and Riot often start the next Act as soon as the previous one is over.

So, with this in mind, we should see Valorant Episode 2 Act 3 start on April 21st. If it is delayed a little bit, then it could drop a week later on April 27th.
All of this is educated speculation so take it with a grain of salt until more official information is released.
New Agent
We are expecting a new Valorant Agent to join the game's roster in Episode 2 Act 3, but we're not sure who or what they will be yet.
Astra is the most recent Valorant Agent to join Riot Games' cast of characters. She is being described as a Cosmic Controller and offers up a complex move-set that will please anyone who enjoys the games' tactical elements.
New Map?
We don't know a lot about what any new maps could be in Valorant Episode 2 Act 3, but we are expecting one to drop.
Some eagle-eyed fans have been hunting for clues and so far this is what they've found...
Could we be seeing Valorant's version of Shipment dropping in Act 3? Maybe a map that is based on the container ship?
