Naughty Dog Co-President Neil Druckmann has teased that a number of new Naughty Dog projects are in the works at the famed studio. However, he has asked fans to "please stay patient" and wait for any news on this.
Earlier in the week, Druckmann Tweeted the following statement:
As you can imagine, this was met with a mixed bag of responses with Santa Monica Studios' Cory Barlog replying to Druckmann's statement with an equally harrowing GIF of Old Biff.
Here's everything we do know about any new Naughty Dog projects though in the wake of a Naughty Dog-less State of Play presentation.
New Naughty Dog Projects
Naughty Dog's PlayStation exclusive titles are among the few that don't really seem to have been mentioned too much regarding PS5 Upgrades and-or sequels.
God of War 2 is on the way from Santa Monica, with a PS5 Upgrade released for God of War.
Horizon Forbidden West is still on track for a 2021 release and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is coming a lot sooner than that!
But, what about Naughty Dog?
The Last of Us 2 received some subtle enhancements in an update that targeted players playing the title on a PS5, but it's far from a full next-gen upgrade.
In addition to this, there's been almost no mention of any new Uncharted title in the works. Considering the popularity and performance of the last couple, this is a little odd!

However... Could we be seeing The Last of Us 2 content coming soon? Is this what Druckmann meant when he was talking about the new Naughty Dog projects? The lack of the word "game" is telling...
The Last Of Us 2 PS5 Upgrade
Recently, The Last Of Us 2 was nominated for a record 13 prizes at the BAFTA Games Awards and it's been as divisive as it has been celebrated across the board since release.
With The Last Of Us being remastered for PS4 consoles a little over a year after launching on PS3, could we see Naughty Dog pull the same trick and release The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on PS5 consoles within the next year?

Only time will tell, but we're sure Druckmann is ready to go when his team are.
