You might know about K/DA - the K-Pop group featuring League of Legends Champions - but Pentakill is less on the world's radar. UPDATE TIME - When does the next update drop?
The League of Legends 11.18 update - which is going to add the Pentakill III Lost Chapter skin set to the game - is due to arrive in a handful of hours. We should see it added to the game at the following times:
- 06:00 September 9th - PST
- 09:00 September 9th - EST
- 14:00 September 9th - BST
Server Maintenance is expected to have started already, so if you can't log into League of Legends this might be why.
Pentakill III: Lost Chapter
Pentakill is a Rockband formed by League of Legends champions, similar to the Kpop group K/DA.
The heavy metal band Pentakill crossover reality is releasing their third album: Lost Chapter on September 8th and League of Legends will celebrate the record premier with 7 new skins.
Riot Games will release Pentakill III: Lost Chapter skins for Karthus, Olaf, Sona, Mordekaiser, Kayle, Yorick and the last member to join the group, Viego.
Viego
This is the first skin for Viego (besides the one for his launch). He will join the band as a special guest.
Dissonance of Pentakill Viego is an Epic type skin, costing 1350 RP ($10).
Yorick
This is the 7th skin for Yorick. His last skin was released on November last year.
Pentakill III Lost Chapter Yorick is an Epic type skin, costing 1350 RP ($10).
Sona
Sona received a rework on Patch 11.16, with a bit of controversy. With more than 10 years in the game, this is the 7th skin for the support champion.

Mordekaiser
The previous Mordekaiser skin was from the Project series, the alternate future/universe skins, set in The City of a Cyberpunk world.

Olaf is a member of the Sentinels Skin Series released on July 2021 as part of the LOL patch 11.14.

Khartus is the lead singer of Pentakill, the band that was introduced by Riot in 2010.

Kayle
When Pentakill needed a female vocalist, "the heavens parted and a literal angel of rock fell to earth, taking up her sword-mic for the eternal glory of heavy metal".
Kayle joined the group in the music video, Grasp of the Undying.

Hextech Tristana
Tristana is receiving a Hextech Skin. These are exclusive skins that can only be acquired by using the Hextech Crafting system. The price for Hextech Tristana is 10 Gemstones.
