Release Date
Hitman 3 is set to launch worldwide on January 20th on all platforms.
Platforms
Hitman 3 is due to launch on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Google Stadia, PC via Epic Games Store, and Nintendo Switch via cloud gaming.
Size
It has been said that the trilogy of Hitman games will take up less than 100GB in total.
This would also indicate that all three games will link together as one, much like Hitman 1 and 2 do.
Players that launch Hitman 2 can see all of the missions from Hitman 1 and if they're installed then are playable from within Hitman 2.
This makes the trilogy one seamless story, rather than three separate games.
Day 1 Patch
IO interactive have confirmed that Hitman 3 will be getting day 1 patch, which will add many pieces of content to the game, including the levels that aren't included in the base game installation.
"HITMAN 3 will require a day one patch for all disc users. The day one patch will be automatically applied to digital players. This patch will include access to the VR mode for PlayStation users and will include the remaining locations that are not included on the disc."
Price
The standard edition of HITMAN 3 will cost £49.99 on PC, and £59.99 on Next Gen consoles.
The Deluxe Edition includes new content and will cost £74.99 on PC and £79.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Purchasing the game will also grant a free upgrade to the next gen version.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition of Hitman 3 contains the following:
- Hitman 3
- Deluxe Escalation Contracts
- Deluxe items and garments
- The digital book "World of HITMAN"
- The digital soundtrack
- Director's comments
