Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is an episodic piece of DLC for 2020's FF7 Remake.
It introduces Yuffie, the fan-favourite ninja from the nation of Wutai, into the story, albeit at a much earlier stage than in the original PS1 Final Fantasy 7.
There is a bunch of other content added to the base game by Intergrade, in addition to the usual quality of life improvements, and technical and graphical enhancements.
Let's take a look at everything you should know about Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade if you're planning on jumping into it.
Latest - FF7 Remake Intergrade Is Out Now
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade releases today, on June 10. Remake Intergrade released at 12 am local time, so it should be out now for players everywhere.
You can jump in to check out the upgraded graphics and jump into the new Yuffie DLC content.
DLC Features
The main draw of Intergrade is Intermission, a two-chapter story revolving around Yuffie.
Yuffie will be playable, obviously, and Intermission will tell a self-contained story set amongst the larger events of the base Final Fantasy 7 Remake
There will be a new difficulty added to the game (Classic Normal) and a ton of bugs have been fixed.
For PS5 users, graphics have been improved across the board, and the entire game can be played at a crisp 60fps, which should be very nice.
In addition, a fan-favourite minigame is making its return, in the form of Fort Condor
Download Size
Due to the nature of the SSD on the PS5, the PS5 version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is actually smaller than the version available on PS4.
On PS5, the total file size of Remake Intergrade is 81.39 GB. On PS4, the total file size is 86.07. Both of those sizes are inclusive of the June 3 update 1.02.
