Pro Clubs Cross Play

EA Sports FC - or FC 24 as we believe it may be called - is the latest title from EA Sports that will break away from the FIFA franchise and attempt to establish itself as the very best around.

The game promises to shake up the football gaming formula in many ways, but EA are still set to lean on some modes that have made FIFA more popular than ever in recent years.

With the FIFA and EA collaboration dead, and FC 24 just around the corner, new pieces of information has started to leak surrounding the new game.

One such piece of information is certainly set to please one part of the community, with major news inbound for Pro Clubs players.

RUMOURED CHANGES - FUTZONE has leaked some major new features for EA Sports FC

There was a large backlash when Pro Clubs was omitted from cross-play compatibility upon the release of FIFA 23.

The mode that arguably needed it most was left out of the coveted club and this led to many prominent voices within the community hitting back.

EA themselves responded, ensuring they were working hard to implement cross-play across the board.

Now, that promise looks to be followed through on, with Pro Clubs in EA Sports FC now leaked to receive cross-play compatibility.

A NEW ERA - EA Sports FC arrives in 2023

Right now, this is only a leak with nothing confirmed by EA Sports.

FUTZONE has confirmed that EA are struggling with the implementation, but issues are expected to be ironed out once the game launches later this year.

Implementing cross-play into Pro Clubs is certainly going to please the fans and it will no doubt get this new era off to the best possible start.

Disgruntled Community

VFL, the self-titled home of Pro Clubs, has taken to Twitter to pen a strongly worded statement regarding EA's decision to exclude Pro Clubs from the list of Cross-Play compatible game modes in FIFA 23.

The statement details the many years of frustration that Pro Clubs players have felt, demanding answers from FIFA 23's developers.

VFL have suggested in their statement that this recent decision to exclude Pro Clubs from cross-play compatibility will now see the game mode die, with yet another oversight seeing modes other than Ultimate Team desperately suffer.

#SaveProClubs was trending for some time, and now those prayers may finally be answered in EA's next major release.

EA Sports FC Revealed

There is very little information available surrounding the new EA Sports FC title, with more info not arriving until July 2023!

EA's release did contain the words "Join the Club" which could allude to the subscription model mentioned above.

EA also released the following in its official statement:

"EA SPORTS FC will allow us to realize this future and much moreā€¦but not before we deliver our most expansive game ever with our current naming rights partner, FIFA, for one more year."
