Where to Get Iron in Minecraft
Iron is incredibly common when it comes to chests and villagers. For this reason, you can find it easily if you go into towns or look for big caves.
If you're looking to mind it for yourself, Iron can be found throughout most layers in Minecraft. That being said, it seems to be most commonly found between y=95 and y=136.
