LoL 12.18 Skins - Fright Night Annie

Posted in the new League of Legends 12.18 PBE cycle are a total of eight new skins for players to test and enjoy.

This includes a reworked Goth line, Fright Night, a third member of the Ashen Knight Mythic Essence series, and a celebratory cosmetic for the 2022 League of Legends World Championship.

Here's what you can expect from the new skins in LoL 12.18.

Fright Night, Ashen Slayer, and Worlds 2022 skins arrive on LoL 12.18 PBE

There have been a ton of brand-new skins introduced thus far in League of Legends Season 12. From the brand-new Arcana and Ocean Song lines to the recently added Monster Tamers, there has been no shortage of new looks for champions.

Building more onto that, Riot Games is adding even more skins for players to enjoy in the next update.

Fright Night Skins 2022

Perfectly in time to celebrate the harrowing Halloween season, one of League of Legends' older skin lines, Goth, has been reworked following a player vote.

Now known as Fright Night, this line was first teased during a brief overview of this year's upcoming preseason. Instead of building on the Goth skin line, Riot instead decided to reimagine it, giving it a more unique look.

The line takes on a more horror-filled theme to it, accentuating the usage of black and other colors that look to emphasize itself on the Summoner's Rift. To top it all off, it appears to be referencing the work of Tim Burton, a renowned filmmaker known for his work and influence in the horror genre.

Champions such as Annie, Draven, Nautilus, Trundle, Renata Glasc, and Urgot will be taking part in the spooky skins, with the latter too seemingly making direct reference to two of Burton's films, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Beetlejuice.

All of these skins are expected to be priced at 1350 RP each.

Ashen Slayer Sylas Skin 2022

Set to join one of the game's Mythic Essence Shop exclusive skin lines, Ashen Knight, League of Legends' resident ultimate stealer, Sylas, will be its third member.

Similar to Pyke and Pantheon, whom he will be joining, Sylas will be donning a darker theme to his look, although the prominent mid-laner might not need more of those tones.

This skin is the perfect fit for the revolutionist who prides himself in fighting against Demacia.

Ashen Slayer Sylas is expected to be priced at 100 ME similar to Pantheon and Pyke's skins.

Worlds 2022 Azir Skin

Rounding out the abundance of skins prepped in LoL 12.18's PBE cycle is Worlds 2022 Azir. This champion who has dominated the League of Legends meta for years will be commemorating the World Championship.

This new-look Azir seems to be a mechanized version of himself, topped off with a robotic voice. The Emperor of the Sands is kitted from head to toe in mechanical wear, in addition to ribbons stemming from his body, perfect for a ruler.

Worlds 2022 Azir is expected to be priced at 1350 RP although not confirmed.

These are all of the skins slated to come in LoL 12.18.
