League of Legends update 11.21 brings some massive balance changes to Summoner's Rift, including some changes players have been lobbying for months - changes like nerfs for Conqueror, Goredrinker, Stridebreaker, and more.

11 Champions will be receiving buffs and nerfs in LoL 11.21.
Akshan
- E damage per shot 30-110 ⇒ 30-90
Graves
- E armor 6-18 ⇒ 4-16
Jinx
- Passive total attack speed 15% ⇒ 25%
- E cast range 900-925
- R cooldown 90-60s ⇒ 75-55s
Karthus
- E mana refund 10-48 ⇒ 15-55
Lux
- Attack speed per level 1% ⇒ 2%
- Passive mark duration extends if a basic attack is in flight or R is being cast
- E damage 60-260 (+65% ability power) ⇒ 70-270 (+70% ability power)
- R cooldown 80-the 40s ⇒ 60-40s
Miss Fortune
- Base mana 325.84 ⇒ 300
- W mana cost 30 ⇒ 45
Quinn
- W bonus attack speed 20-80% ⇒ 20-60%
Sion
- W shield ratio 8-12% max health ⇒ 11-15% max health
Teemo
