Seraphine is the newest champion in League of Legends, which means it's time to go over how to build her.
As an Enchanter with strong support potential, that's where our focus will be. But for players looking to push the envelope, you can take Seraphine to the mid lane as well.
Summoner Spells
Regardless of whether you're taking Seraphine in the mid lane or the more common option, bottom lane as support, you'll want to bring Flash and Ignite.
These two summoner spells offer far too much play potential to be passed up for any alternative.

In the bottom lane, ignite continues to outperform exhaust, and in the mid lane, kill potential is everything to snowball the game forward.
Runes
Much like most enchanters, Seraphine's runes can go a few different directions, but they all involve the Sorcery tree, and most will feature Inspiration as a secondary.

In Sorcery players can choose Summon Aery or Arcane Comet Keystones. From there, players will want to go down Manaflow Band (Nullifying Orb if against a mage bottom lane), Transcendence, and Scorch. These spells benefit Seraphine's poke potential, and team support options.

In Inspiration players can pick up Cosmic Insight, and Biscuit Delivery.
Item Builds
Seraphine should follow a build path that takes advantage of her Enchantress-style support kit.

This means Ardent Censor and Redemption are both necessities. These items give some great cooldown reduction, the most important stat on Seraphine, and some massively beneficial effects across their active and passives.
For boots, Seraphine players can choose between Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Boots of Mobility.

To fill out the build after Ardent Censor, Redemption, and your choice of boots, you'll have some options.
These items can find their way into your final build depending on team compositions: Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Mikael's Crucible, Athene's Unholy Grail, Locket of the Iron Salari, Lich Bane, and Zhonya's Hourglass.
