League of Legends developers has now officially confirmed some massive buffs for ADC coming to the game.
Balancing patch 13 of the game has been an ongoing project which has left the community disheartened.
One of the major concerns was how ADCs would fare after the new items which heavily support the tank meta.
Another concern was how Rammus has been nerfed out of the game and has become unplayable now.
However, the ADC role seems to be more of a pressing issue due to the speed that the gaming giant has addressed these concerns.
Of course, Riot Games have addressed these quickly with some massive buffs coming to the champion role.
So, let's look at what to expect with the ADC buffs coming to League of Legends in patch 13.2.

Phreak Announces Massive ADC Buffs
Phreak released a video and some tweets revealing what changes will be upcoming for ADCs to become more viable.
These include some pretty big item buffs and also some more discreet champion changes too.
Buffs Coming in Patch 13.2
Here are the expected changes released by Phreak coming in patch 13.2.
- Overheal Shield value: 10 + 9% max hp >>> 20-300 based on champion level.
- Bloodthirster Life steal: 18% >>> 15%.
- Shield: 50-320 scaling from level 1 >>> 180-450 scaling from level 9.
- Total Cost: 3400 >>> 3200.
- A bunch of champions: Increase mana and/or regen per level.
- Blade of the Ruined King Ranged on-hit damage: 8% >>> 9%
- Infinity Edge & Navori Quickblades Required crit chance: 60% >>> 40%
These changes bring some brilliant changes to the ADC role which has stayed stale for a while.
However, there are discussions of whether these changes may make ADCs too powerful too early.
The required crit chance for Infinity Edge and Navori Quickblades mean that ADCs can get infinity edge early.
This may cause even more issues for the balancing team. But, we won't know until we see it in the live game.
