It's a sale that allows players to use their Blue Essence on more than just champions, and it's nearly here!

When does the LoL Essence Emporium 2022 start?
Now that LoL Season 12 has reached its halfway point with the Mid-Seasonal Invitational taking place and patch 12.10 has been released, players can expect the Essence Emporium to start with the release of LoL 12.11 on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
However, previous speculations pointing at a 12.9 release being proven false, so the official date could still fluctuate.

What is the LoL Essence Emporium?
The Essence Emporium is a limited-time sale that allows League players to purchase more than just champions with their Blue Essence.
It's an event that's held twice a year, once towards the middle of the season and once towards the end that takes place in the preseason.
During the sale, chromas, icons, wards, emotes, and other special prizes can be purchased with Blue Essence. Additionally, each year's Essence Emporium allows players to purchase one skin.
The first Essence Emporium event took place in 2018 prior to Season 8's start. This means that a lot of champions, skins, and more have been released between then and the current year.

What Items can you buy during the LoL Essence Emporium 2022?
Due to it being a reoccurring event, League players can expect the items on sale to generally be the same each year. There are tons of options to choose from ranging from cheaper Mystery Icons priced at 1,500 Blue Essence to an Urfwick skin priced at 150,000 Blue Essence.

Gifting Items during the LoL Essence Emporium
On top of being able to purchase items for themselves in the Essence Emporium, players can also gift them, namely wards and icons. However, just like self-purchases, they have a limit on how many can be gifted each day.
Here are the limits:
- Gifts: 10 Purchase Limit/Day
- Personal: 20 Purchase Limit/Day
