Just announced on the official PlayStation Twitter account, Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West is coming to Genshin Impact in the first-ever major collaboration.
While fans may have loved getting to see some of their favorite characters in KFC getups in the real world, Aloy will be the first character from another franchise to make it in-game.
Horizon Forbidden West's Aloy in Genshin Impact
Currently, all fans have is the above teaser image posted by the official PlayStation Twitter account.
It shows off a very anime-inspired Aloy with her name written in the Genshin Impact font and a Cryo Element symbol.
"An Outcast, Seeker, and proven huntress from the Nora Tribe who saves life on Earth in Horizon Zero Dawn™, Aloy will not hesitate to fight for a cause during her adventures in the world of Teyvat. In addition to her extraordinary archery abilities, she also acquired a Cryo Vision in this world and can wield unique elemental power in combat and exploration. In Version 2.1, Aloy will be featured as a new five-star character "Savior From Another World" who joins the Traveler in unraveling the secrets of Teyvat."
Genshin Impact Aloy Release Date
Aloy will arrive in Genshin Impact with the release of Genshin Impact 2.1.
She will remain available through Genshin Impact 2.1 and 2.2.
Genshin Impact Aloy Details
Aloy will be a 5-Star Cryo Bow user, and will also come with a 4-Star Bow that gives her a special buff.
More details will be posted once they are revealed.
How to Get Aloy in Genshin Impact
Aloy "Savior From Another World" will be available for players for free once Genshin Impact 2.1 releases.
Players can redeem Aloy by logging into their Genshin Impact from a PS4 or PS5 during the Event period.
Players who do not own a PS4 or PS5 will be able to obtain Aloy for free once Genshin Impact 2.2 releases.
Non-PlayStation players must be AR 20 or above in order to qualify for the free 5-Star character and 4-Star Bow.
