Yae Miko could end up leading one of the most popular Genshin Impact character banners in the game's history if the hype continues, as Genshin Impact 2.5 looks like a massive update for many reasons.

Before we get into the banner, though, you can check out Yae Miko in action thanks to her new trailer below:

Breaking Down the New Yae Miko Trailer

In the video, we see the interaction between Yae Miko and the shrine Maiden, Inagi Hotomi. They are overviewing what looks like a story about the life of Yae Miko. The illustrations and cover art of the light novel show the figure of Yae Miko.

Yae Miko considers that the original draft was a boring depiction of her life. So, she decided to share an anecdote with Hotomi.

In the next scene, we see a flashback of Yae Miko Battling four Kairagi (Samurai Warriors) at the same time using her Gohei, a kind of wooden wand, decorated with two shides used in Shinto rituals.

The cinematic of the battle showcases Yae Miko's in-game abilities, from her Normal Attack to her Elemental Burst.

Another scene shows Yae Miko surrounded by 5 foxes, the same number of tails of her Kitsune Form. According to the Cat with the blue hat, an expert of Genshin Impact Lore, Miko is 500 years old, which means it is possible she gets a new tail every 100 years.

The last detail of the video is during the use of her Elemental Burst, the clip shows a path to the Sacred Sakura Tree in Narukami Shrine. Yae Miko's thunderous strike seems to have a direct connection with the Sacre Sakura.

Even though this video provides fewer details, it is nice to see Yae Miko in full combat, and is more than exciting ahead of the launch of Genshin Impact 2.5 tonight!
