Fortnite refunds are a breath of fresh air, letting you return your items to spend another day.
Returning your Item Shop purchases can be a little confusing, however, because it's tucked away in the settings menu. For that reason, we've outlined below exactly how you can refund your previously purchased skins.
How to Get Refunds in Fortnite?
To get your Fortnite Refunds:
- Go to your Settings menu
- Head to the Support and Refunds section
- Now click on Return or Cancel Purchase
- Now, find and select the item you wish to refund
Fortnite refunds work on a ticket system. Three refund tickets are available for every player per year, allowing three items to be returned, so make sure you use them wisely.
On the left of the screen, you will see your purchases from the Fortnite Item Shop in the past 30 days. If there are any you regret, pick them from the list and then confirm the refund when prompted. The V-Bucks spent on that item will then be returned to your account for other things.
After each ticket is used, a timer of 365 days will begin, letting you know when your ticket has been refilled and allowing you to use it again.
There is a selection of items that are unavailable to be refunded. Most items are purchased with money instead of V-Bucks. These items won't appear in your list at all, but we have listed them down below anyway for those who want to know:
- Level Up Quest Packs
- Gifts
- Real-money Purchases
- Battle Pass (Battle Royale)
- Battle Pass Tiers
- Loot Llamas (Save the World)
- Event and Weekly Items (Save the World)
- Fortnite Crew Subscriptions
