Competitive Fortnite is returning this week with the Fortnite Euro Cup. This short two day event will see players fight it out for a massive cash prize pool, but there's plenty of offer if you just want to take part.
When Does The Fortnite Euro Cup Start
The Fortnite Euro Cup, part of the Season 7 content update, starts at 5pm BST on 16 June 2021. Day One of the event will end at 8pm BST. This gives you three hours to fit in as many games, and wins, as possible.
Day Two will commence the following day, 17 June 2021, at the same time of 5pm BST. Again you will have three hours to earn as many point as possible to give yourself a shot at the top prize.

Fortnite Euro Cup Prizes
It doesn't matter if you're playing to win, or to take part, there's rewards available for everyone. You need only earn 10 points in Day One to earn the Winner's Cup emoticon. If you bag 20 points in Day One, you earn the Winner's Cup emoticon and the Kick It! spray.
To qualify for Day Two of the event, you must finish in the top 1000 players in Europe. This will be no easy feat, so make sure you're ready to drop into games as soon as the clock strikes 5pm!
If you make it through to Day Two, you'll have a shot at the top prize of $10,000. Making the Top 5 players still guarantees you a minimum of $1,000.
Fortnite Euro Cup Scoring System
The point scoring system will determine if you are worthy of a prize. It's an accumulative point scoring system meaning the longer you last in games, the more points you earn. You will also earn points for eliminating other players.
You earn 1 point for a 50th place finish. This score then increases by 1 point for every position higher you finish. The example of the top 10 places is as follows;
- Victory Royale: 60 Points
- 2nd: 53 Points
- 3rd: 49 Points
- 4th: 47 Points
- 5th: 46 Points
- 6th: 45 Points
- 7th: 44 Points
- 8th: 43 Points
- 9th: 42 Points
- 10th: 41 Points
- Each Elimination: 2 Points
