Fortnite Chapter 3: Week 3 Seasonal Quest Guide, Locations, Solutions & More

It seems like only yesterday we were battling it out against the Cube Queen and her army before Fortnite Chapter 2 came to a close. We're already fast approaching nearly one month of Chapter 3 being live and it's safe to say the early impressions are good!

As for the questing system, Weekly quests are back which means we can bring you a comprehensive 'how-to' each week. We'll give you a heads up regarding this week's quests and some advice on how to complete them. First, here's when you can expect them to be active...

Fortnite Week 3 Seasonal Quests Release Time

The Fortnite Week 2 Seasonal quests will go live in-game on Thursday, 23 December @ 14:00 GMT / 09:00 EST / 06:00 PST according to the timer shown in the quest menu. Winterfest 2021 is also still ongoing and a new quest for the event should be available at the same time

Week 2 Seasonal Quest Countdown

Fortnite Week 3 Quest Guide

The following is a breakdown of each of the Week 3 quests and advice on how to complete them. Where additional information is needed, we'll specify and update once the quests are live in-game. All quests will be worth 25,000 XP.

Search Coolers 0/5

Searching coolers is a simple task as all you need to do is track them down and interact with them. They are most commonly found near watchtowers and wooden shacks away from built-up areas.

Slide Continuously for 25 meters 0/1

Sliding is a new mechanic added in Chapter 3 and one that's proving very popular. To slide for 25 meters, it's best to do it downhill as you'll pick up more speed and momentum.

To slide, just hold the crouch button on whichever platform you're playing on.

Bounce 5 times on Spider-Man's Bouncers without touching the ground 0/1

Spider-Man's bouncers (they look like big spiderwebs) can be found all over the Daily Bugle POI. Find one that is relatively flat and sends you straight up in the air rather than at an angle. Use this to bounce five times and that's the quest complete.

Talk to Guaco, Bunker Jonesy and Cuddle Team Leader 0/3

  • Bunker Jonesy is in and around a trailer towards the Northern section of The Joneses.
  • Cuddle Team Leader is in a building with a pink roof in the Northern part of Camp Cuddle
  • Guaco is inside the restaurant at Greasy Grove

Collect stored items from a Tent 0/2

Another easy quest up next as you just need to track down a tent, set it up, then retrieve two stored items from it. They can be items that you have literally just placed in the tent that same match so this should be one you can complete within seconds of landing (if you can find a tent).

Damage opponents at Rocky Reels or Condo Canyon 0/75

You can hang around at Rocky Reels or Condo Canyon in the early stages of a match to try and catch someone who's not very well equipped and do 75 points of damage to them. Neither POI is typically a popular landing zone this season but could be once these quests go live.

Visit different Seven Outposts in a Single Match 0/2

There are many Seven Outposts spread across the map and they are marked on the map for this quest. The easiest place to complete this will be to stick to the North-West area as there are a few you can hit within proximity of each other.

Hit weak points while harvesting 0/100

Harvesting is already a huge part of any Fortnite match for most players. To complete this quest, just line up your aim with the weak point circle that appears when harvesting. Once you've hit 100 of them, the XP is yours!

Get eliminations with an Assault Rifle 0/10

Finally, another nice simple quest to finish although it may take a few matches to complete. Just use either the MK-Seven Assault Rifle or Ranger Assault Rifle.
