Fortnite gets more and more impressive every season. Bringing out new modes, skins and events, there is truly so much to do. Now, with the current season set to end, many are wondering what the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Live Event will be. Here's what we know about it so far
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 end date
We don't have an official release date just yet but, if we pay attention to the current pass, we can guess it will end on Friday, June 3rd. There's technically a chance it could be delayed or some event will push it back but this seems like the most likely end date right now.
If this is the case, we can imagine the next season launching a single day later on June 4th. If this doesn't happen, there could be an in-between period at the weekend, just before it goes live on Monday, June 6th.
Fortnite chapter 3, season 2 Live Event leaks and details
For the last week or so, a collider on the map has occasionally pulsed, being easy to see from quite some distance. A few days after the first one, one of the bars on the machine lit up. There are 30 total bars on it. This means that this is a rudimentary countdown of some kind.
Over the next week, we are expecting these to light up and for the collider to change in small ways. Twitter user FortTory has been following the news as it happens, which is where we originally saw this information. So far, the pulses appear to have been random or nobody has spotted the pattern just yet.
Over the coming weeks, it seems likely this pattern will become much more obvious. With the current season set to end in just a few weeks, these bars will likely start to fill up a little quicker soon. If any new information comes in, we will update you right here.
