Whether you're a regular owner of a Victory Crown or just starting out in Fortnite's Creative Mode, you're probably going to need to know how you can Redeem a Code for Fortnite at some point!

How to Redeem a Code in Fortnite

If you want to redeem a code for Fortnite, you're going to need to do it through the Epic Games Store or the Epic Games Launcher. We've got an easy step-by-step for both.

Before you start though, it might be worth checking that your Epic Games account is linked to the console account you're using (if you're on PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch). You can do this through the Epic Games Store here - but you can also sign into this online via your chosen platform (so, your PSN account, Xbox Live account, or Nintendo Online account) to save you the hassle.

Redeem a Code through Epic Games Store

  • Head to the Epic Games Store website;
  • Log into your Epic Games account;
  • Open up the menu by hitting your Epic Games account name in the top right corner and select the "Redeem Code" option from the pop-out menu;
  • Enter your code and hit "Redeem" and you should see a prompt saying you've been successful.

Redeem a Code through Epic Games Launcher

  • Open the Epic Games Launcher;
  • Log into your Epic Games account;
  • Open up the menu by hitting the initial of your Epic Games account name in the top right corner and select the "Redeem Code" option from the pop-out menu;
  • Enter your code and hit "Redeem" and you should see a prompt saying you've been successful.

It's largely the same process in both cases, but that means you can utilise both methods once you've figured it out!
