Following the Zero Point Crisis event that ended season 5, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 is live, introducing a variety of new weapons to collect or craft.
With bows that can be made from bones have made their debut, primal weapons, and the return of the Pump Shotgun, there's a lot to go over.
We've seen some fan-favourite weapons return, but it's what's new that's exciting. We've got everything you need to know below.
LATEST - More Weapons Leaked
@HYPEX on Twitter has leaked some new weapons that are set to come to Fortnite in Season 6. They are:
- Grappler Bow: Will be sold by Lara Croft
- Marksman Six Shooter: Will be sold by Deadfire
- Unstable Bow: Will be sold by Rebirth Raven
- Recycler
We don't know a whole lot about them yet, beyond the fact that the Recycler will suck in and fire out stuff at enemies, not when they'll be released.
Confirmed New Weapons
There are quite a few new weapons coming to Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 and the list has been confirmed.

Vaulted Weapons
As you might imagine, there are quite a few weapons that are going into the vault as we enter Chapter 2 Season 6.

The Common Assault Rifle is going along with every level of Pistol and Suppressed SMG.
It looks like the weapon pool is going to be shrinking a bit! Below, we've listed the complete changes as of writing to help clarify things:

This list is yet to be fully confirmed, so take it with a pinch of salt!
Unvaulted Weapons
At the moment, we only know about two weapons that have been "unvaulted" for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6.

A lot of people will be happy to know that the Revolver AND the Pump Shotgun are both returning to Fortnite!

Animal Hunting
It's time to put the new batch of weapons to good use!
Of course, there are plenty of ways to kill other Fortnite players in-game, but what about the newly-added wildlife?
Right from the off, the Week 1 Challenges require you to do a different kind of hunting in Fortnite and there are a few things you need to know if you're hoping to use one of the new in-game weapons.

The Wildlife in Fortnite tend to avoid built-up POIs and they never attack the player.
Instead, they opt to run away pretty quickly. So, if you're looking to hunt for Frogs or Boars, you'll need a longer-range weapon with high accuracy as opposed to a Pump Shotgun, for example.
