The FIFA 23 Team of the Season (TOTS) campaign is about to reach its climax with the Ultimate TOTS squad set to hit packs very soon.
Before then, players will be scrambling to complete as many objectives as possible in the TOTS Season Swaps to unlock the coveted Level 30 rewards.
As a general rule of thumb, the more Objectives you complete, the more XP you will unlock. However, you should be targeting certain Objectives in order to maximise the amount of XP you earn for your time.
So, check out the fastest ways to earn XP in FUT 23 to help you unlock all of the Team of the Season Season Swaps rewards on offer below.
TOTS Season Swaps
The TOTS Season Swaps will expire on Thursday, 8 June at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, when the rewards will no longer be available to unlock.
Reaching Level 30 of the TOTS Season Swaps will allow players to choose from one of the following rewards:
- FUT Birthday Icon Wayne Rooney (OVR 92) (Untradeable)
- Thirty 84+ Players Pack (Untradeable)
- 1 of 5 90+ Premier League TOTS/La Liga TOTS/Ligue 1 TOTS/TOTS Moments Player Pick (Untradeable)
Serie A TOTS Season Swaps
The Serie A TOTS Season Swaps Objectives set is your best bet at claiming XP quickly in Ultimate Team.
You'll have the chance to earn a whopping 8,800 XP if you complete all seven tasks in the Objectives set.
The Serie A TOTS Season Swaps [XP] objectives are as follows:
- Win 8 - Win 8 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- Play 15 - Play 15 matches in any FUT Game Mode.
- TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Daily Login Upgrade SBC [XP] one time.
- Marquee Matchups SBC [XP] - Complete any two Challenges in the Marquee Matchups SBC [XP] releasing on June 1st.
- Serie A Moments - Earn 5 stars in the Moments Game Mode. Serie A TOTS Moments is releasing on June 2nd.
- TOTS Swap Challenge 8 SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Season Swap Challenge 8 [XP] SBC releasing on June 3rd.
- TOTS Swap Challenge 9 SBC [XP] - Complete the TOTS Season Swap Challenge 9 [XP] SBC releasing on June 4th.
TOTS Draft Drive
If you have already completed all of the Serie A TOTS Season Swaps and are still in need of XP, the TOTS Draft Drive Objectives set offers a way to earn 3,750 XP.
You will not need to complete all of the tasks in the TOTS Draft Drive Objectives set in order to claim the 3,750 XP.
All you need to do is Play 6 Offline or Online Draft Matches and Win 1 of those to earn yourself 3,750 XP.
The group reward for completing all 12 tasks in the set is a Five 85+ Players Pack.

Silver Stars & TOTS Lauriente
If you've claimed all that XP and are still falling short of Level 30, there are still a couple of ways to earn some extra XP remaining.
The Miguel Crespo Silver Stars Objective offers players the chance to unlock 1,250 XP.
To unlock the 1,250 XP, you will need to Win 3 matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Silver Lounge.
Similarly, the Serie A TOTS Armand Lauriente Objective offers players the chance to unlock 1,250 XP.
To unlock the 1,250 XP, you will need to Score 7 goals using players from Serie A in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals and FUT Champions).
