FIFA 22: TOTW 10 to feature some surprise faces

It's that time of the week again where we review the early performances from around the globe and determine who could be in line for a TOTW appearance in FIFA 22.

There have been some shocking results and incredible performances so far leaving us with plenty of players to choose from. When all was said and done, we've come up with three players who embodied the TOTW mentality and showed up big time for their clubs.

Rhys Healey

You may not know much about Rhys Healey, but the young Englishman has been on fire since he moved from the MK Dons to Toulouse FC last year. He's turned into quite the marksman following the move. Last season he bagged 14 goals in 32 appearances and this season already has 11 goals in 15 games.

Yesterday's performance certainly helped that stat line as he put four goals past Sochaux helping to solidify Toulouse's lead at the top of Ligue 2. We expect he would be upgraded to a gold card and given the honour of Featured TOTW player.

Reece James

Reece James has been nothing short of spectacular this season for Chelsea and that fine form continued yesterday. Despite only coming away with one assist, he was a menace all game when attacking and defensively rock solid.

Alongside Ben Chilwell, Chelsea has two of the finest young Wing-Backs in the country on their books and James is only going from strength to strength. This will be his second TOTW appearance if selected.

Simon Moore

Sometimes you just have to show up big time when playing against the club that let you go last season. Simon Moore did exactly that during the lunchtime game between Coventry City and Sheffield United.

The ex-Blade was on fine form keeping a clean sheet and managing to pull off more than one wonderful save to keep the game goalless. He took home the Man of the Match award and could find himself with a spot on the TOTW 10 bench as a result.
