FIFA 22 is now at the forefront of our minds, and player ratings are always a key talking point.
The players on the list have endured difficult seasons during FIFA 21 and could see their ratings drop significantly in both Ultimate Team and Career Mode.
Take a look at ten of the stars we think will be downgraded below.
Sadio Mane (90 → 88)
Liverpool winger Sadio Mane could be one of the top-rated players on FIFA 21 to receive a downgrade of -2 or more.
11 goals is not a bad return for the Senegalese star, but his rating sits at 88 in the latest squad update and could remain there for the start of next season.
Sergio Aguero (89 → 87)
Sergio Aguero's transfer to Barcelona could see his rating stay high, but we think it will drop to 87 OVR.
With only 12 league appearances and four goals to his name in 2020/21, a drop in ratings looks likely.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (87 → 85)
2020/21 was by no means a disaster for Liverpool or Trent Alexander-Arnold, but he will be hard-pushed to maintain his 87 OVR.
We don't think that TAA will retain his crown as the best full-back in the game next season.
Bernardo Silva (87 → 85)
Just two league goals for Bernardo Silva could see his OVR drop -2 despite Man City's title success.
The Portuguese wizard has fallen down the pecking order at City too and won't keep his 87 OVR.
Eden Hazard (88 → 86)
It looks like another rating drop for Belgian winger Eden Hazard.
Barring an incredible EURO 2020, Hazard's three La Liga goals do not warrant an 88 OVR.
Roberto Firmino (87 → 85)
We promise we aren't picking on Liverpool! Roberto Firmino's rating in the latest squad update sits at 85 OVR.
Firmino failed to register double figures for goals this season, so an 85 OVR seems fair for the Brazilian.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (87 → 85)
Another Premier League forward who has seen his rating plummet during the FIFA 21 season is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Arsenal's captain managed just ten goals in 29 appearances and will see a dip to his OVR next season.
Kai Havertz (85 → 83)
The match-winning goal in the Champions League final could change Kai Havertz's fortunes after a slow start to life at Chelsea.
The young German can certainly increase his stock with a strong showing at EURO 2020.
Clement Lenglet (85 → 83)
Barcelona's early-season wobble appeared to cost Clement Lenglet as his rating dipped down to 83 OVR in FIFA 21.
The French centre-back is still a regular for Barca though, so he could just maintain his OVR if he is lucky.
Mauro Icardi (85 → 83)
Mauro Icardi looks like he could be on the move again this summer after starting just 11 Ligue 1 matches.
The Argentine failed to replicate the goal-scoring form he has shown in previous seasons, managing just seven.
