Much has been made of Barcelona's financial situation in recent months, but they are still managing to attract some top talent to the club.
The current manager and club legend Xavi has some pulling power himself, and their new winter signings will make a new Career Mode save in FIFA 22 very exciting.
With some great additions to the attack, you will have plenty of options on the front foot.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (OVR 83)
While Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may not be at the peak of his powers right now, his 86 Finishing and 87 Pace is still enough to be useful in FIFA 22.
With 86 Positioning too, Aubameyang really is a top goal scorer and can form a great attack with Barca's plethora of attacking talent.
Aubameyang is not young though and at 32 years old will unlikely improve on his current 83 OVR.
Ferran Torres (OVR 82)
Ferran Torres is by far the best signing as far as Career Mode is concerned as the Spanish forward has a potential of 90 OVR!
Equally adept on the wing or as a central striker, Torres is quick (87 Acceleration) and knows where the goal is too (81 Finishing).
We would play him through the middle and develop his centre-forward play as he can become one of the best goal scorers in the world.
Adama Traore (OVR 78)
We all know about Adama Traore's strengths as he is one of the fastest players available in the game.
With 96 Pace and 87 Strength, Traore is a handful no matter where he plays, but we would utilise him on the wing to get the best out of him.
Chances are Traore will be mostly used as a super-sub with plenty of talented wingers ahead of him in the pecking order.
Dani Alves (OVR 77)
We love this signing more for the nostalgia than anything else, but Dani Alves can certainly play a role in your squad.
At 38 years old, Alves will likely retire after just one season so you will probably want to be on the lookout for another right-back in season one.
Alves' 80 Crossing is one of his best attributes, so expect plenty of excellent service for your front men.
Starting XI
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the only winter signing we would throw straight into the starting XI, although Ferran Torres is not far off!
Aubameyang should play as part of the front three with Memphis Depay and Ousmane Dembele, with the likes of Torres, Adama Traore, and Ansu Fati on the bench.
The midfield remains the same with the experienced Sergio Busquets at the base, ably supported by young stars Frenkie de Jong and Pedri.
Jordi Alba, Gerard Pique, Ronald Araujo, and Sergi Roberto form the back four in front of Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Transfer Wishlist
A first-choice right-back may be necessary to replace Sergi Roberto and the outgoing Dani Alves, although that may not be needed if Sergino Dest improves quickly.
Joao Cancelo, Achraf Hakimi, and Pedro Porro would be our recommendations to watch out for, so send your scouts to check them out.
Another central midfielder is also required to join de Jong and Pedri, although Spanish teenager Gavi is already waiting in the wings.
Frenkie de Jong can play both CDM and CM, but we like his box-to-box nature. With that in mind, the likes of Rodri and Declan Rice can provide perfect replacements for Busquets.
