Player Review
It seems strange to have a boosted Inaki Williams with less pace than his base card, but that is the joy of this new promo!
To make your life even more difficult, you have a choice to make. Do you want top tier dribbling, or top tier shooting?
Both of the Rulebreakers Williams cards have 88-rated pace, 84-rated physicality and 78-rated passing, but now there's the big decision to make.
Would you rather 90-rated shooting and 83-rated dribbling or 90-rated dribbling and 82-rated shooting?
Who to pick
If you're playing Williams as a lone, out and out striker then the decision is quite straightforward. You have to opt for the increased shooting.
However if you're looking to play Williams a bit deeper, or maybe as part of a two up top, then you may decide that the dribbling is the better option.
Whichever you pick is going to be an improvement on his base card. Yes he's slower, but not by much, and the rest of the card is significantly better than that 81-rated base card.
