Latest News - 12th Man Completes Lineup
The wait is over, the 12th Man has arrived.
Lionel Messi is the player that you have selected to be your FIFA 21 TOTY 12th Man, and thus, completing the lineup for the FIFA 21 TOTY main squad.
TOTY XI
Check out the full TOTY XI, with some ratings predicted.
Manuel Neuer (OVR 96)
Bayern’s Manuel Neuer is a new face in TOTY.
Liverpool keeper Alisson was selected in FIFPro’s World XI earlier this month, but Neuer got your vote on FIFA 21.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (OVR 94)
There are no surprises at right back with Trent Alexander-Arnold the standout candidate.
TAA is head and shoulders above the rest at the moment, so we don't see anyone dislodging him from the starting slot any time soon.
Virgil van Dijk (OVR 96)
Injury has stopped Virgil van Dijk from back to back 99 cards in FIFA TOTY.
Another excellent year has seen VVD retain his place in the team though.
Sergio Ramos (OVR 96)
At centre back, you can’t argue with Sergio Ramos alongside van Dijk.
David Alaba, Chelsea’s summer signing Thiago Silva and Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly are probably the next in line, but we think this one is the right call.
Alphonso Davies (OVR 93)
What a card this is.
Anyone for 99 Pace? Alphonso Davies a phenomenal player on FIFA 21.
Kevin De Bruyne (OVR 96)
Kevin De Bruyne is the best midfielder in world football right now.
City's superstar boasts incredible shooting, passing and dribbling attributes.
Joshua Kimmich (OVR 96)
Bayern’s Joshua Kimmich is quickly becoming one of the best midfielders around.
Kimmich is a key man in Bayern's midfield and will be crucial to Germany's success on the international stage.
Bruno Fernandes (OVR 97)
Liverpool star Thiago made it into FIFPro’s World XI, but Bruno Fernandes has been selected in TOTY.
The Manchester United talisman has established himself as one of the Premier League’s top players since his arrival and is deserving of the award.
Cristiano Ronaldo (OVR 98)
Selecting forwards for TOTY is arguably the trickiest with so many top players enjoying an excellent 2020.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been scoring for fun in Italy this year, but he hasn't got the 99 OVR card we have seen in the past...
Robert Lewandowski (OVR 98)
Bayern's lethal striker has narrowly missed out on the 99 club.
Robert Lewandowski has the most goals in 2020 with 40, closely followed by Cristiano Ronaldo with 39!
Kylian Mbappe (OVR 97)
That's right - there's no Lionel Messi in FIFA 21's TOTY!
The youngster Kylian Mbappe has showed no slowing up since lifting the 2018 World Cup with France, notching 44 goals for PSG since the start of last term.
Release Date
Voting for the TOTY closes for the TOTY on Monday, 18 January.
Therefore, we expect the TOTY to be released on Friday, 22 January.
Keep up with the latest FIFA 21 TOTY news here.
12th Man
There is usually a community vote for the 12th man, so we expect that to continue on FIFA 21.
There are plenty of top class players to throw into the mix, but surely Kylian Mbappe will be the favourite for this one!
PSG teammate Neymar Jr. and Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Erling Haaland are also likely to be in the mix.
