The Festival of FUTball continues to deliver quality content, with EA set to release a brand new card type today in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team!
So, check out how Path to Glory cards work below, along with the latest Summer Stars news.
Latest - Summer Stars arriving TODAY
The Summer Stars will land in Ultimate Team on Friday, 2 July, probably replacing the Path to Glory cards in packs for one week.
The Summer Stars cards will drop at approximately 6pm BST / 1pm ET.
Whether this is a one-off squad to celebrate the Group Stage we aren't sure, but that would leave room for another squad to be released as a Team of the Knockout Stage in July.
Path to glory
Path to Glory cards have been released as part of the event with added skill move and weak foot bonuses too.
While not as straightforward as the Road to the Final cards, the Path to Glory players will follow similar trends to the What If promo.
With a maximum of +4 to their OVR, a start rating of 95 OVR could see a new 99-rated card.
Upgrades:
- 3 wins +2 OVR
- 4 wins +1 OVR
- 5 wins +1 OVR
- 6 wins - 5* Skill Moves and Weak Foot

Team 1
The first set of Path to Glory players arrived as part of the Festival of FUTball last week.
There are some great new cards available, and they can get better too throughout the summer.
Phil Foden’s eye-catching new haircut has been all over social media as the comparisons to Paul Gascoigne grow stronger.
England boasts a talented squad ahead of this summer’s tournament, but Phil Foden could well be the jewel in the crown.
Team 2 predictions
Another batch of Path to Glory cards should be arriving this week, so as ever we are predicting who EA will include in the squad.
We expect some more big hitters to arrive, with a Belgian superstar our hunch for one of the top-rated players.
We also anticipate some of the countries yet to be represented to feature, such as Austria, Chile, and the Czech Republic.
