The first FIFA 21 Ultimate Team promo event saw new dynamic cards arrive.
Headliners work similar to Ones to Watch in their ratings, but with an added bonus.
Check out all the information below.
Release Date
Headliners arrived on Friday, 1 January, making them the first special cards of the new year.
The promo event ran for two weeks.
What are Headliners?
Headliners works in the same way as the Ones to Watch cards, with the special cards holding dynamic ratings.
These ratings adjust with real-life form, so any Team of the Week (TOTW), Team of the Group Stage (TOTGS), Hero and Man of the Match (MOTM) cards will affect the Headliners rating.
One difference with the Headliner cards though is that their rating stays +1 above the next form-related card.
For example, last season Timo Werner received an 89 rated MOTM card, boosting his Headliner card to 90 OVR.
However, if the player's team wins four matches in a row, they get an extra boost and remain +2 ahead!
Team 2
The second team of the Headliners promo was even better than the first.
Spurs' Heung-Min Son and Karim Benzema led the line in an all-star cast.

SBC
There have been several SBC players released during this promo event.
The first was a Flashback Arjen Robben. The Dutch winger has been awarded an 88 OVR card to celebrate his glory days.
We have also had two Headliner cards released too.
Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic looks like a top card and you can find out how to complete his SBC here.
Riyad Mahrez is the latest, and the City star looks incredible.
A Player Moments John Stones was released on Tuesday, 5 January too, and its pretty special!
Objectives
Its not just SBCs and packs that you can add new players to your squad.
Hertha Berlin star Matheus Cunha is available by completing certain objectives on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team.
Season 3
2020 over, and so is Season 2 on FIFA 21 Ultimate Team.
Headliners is the first promo event of the new year and Season 3, but what else will Season 3 bring to FUT 21?
TOTY
The wait goes on for Team of the Year (TOTY) by the looks of it.
As one of the biggest events in the FIFA calendar, TOTY brings with it some of the best cards available on Ultimate Team.
With interest in TOTY so high, you can understand why EA want to hold it back for as long as possible.
We are sure that TOTY will arrive in January, so keep up to date with the latest TOTY news here.
