Call of Duty Vanguard's Multiplayer is a fantastic experience, but it's about to be even better - there's a new in-game event starting today and that means we're getting another Playlist Update! If you weren't aware, there's also a Free Multiplayer Access Weekend with Double XP boosts starting too - it's a great time to play Vanguard.
Here's the latest Playlist Update and the new modes coming.
PLAYLIST UPDATE - What's in store this week?
Call of Duty Vanguard's next Playlist update is going to introduce the following modes:
- Armageddon - Festive Fervor's take on Drop Zone;
- Free Kills - A new Playlist that includes Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Armageddonon all Combat Pacing
- Shipmas - A Playlist featuring Festive Fervor's festive variant of Shipment;
At the moment, this is all we know - but expect an update from Sledgehammer Games within the next two hours.
USUAL TIME - When do Playlist Updates usually happen?
Throughout the last year, both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone saw their Playlist Updates drop at the following times every Thursday.
- 10:00 PST
- 13:00 EST
- 18:00 GMT
We don't know if Sledgehammer Games is going to stick to this update schedule, however, the above update would suggest that we could be seeing future Playlist Updates drop on Sundays. This would also suggest that Warzone's Playlist Updates would start to appear on Sundays, following Vanguard integration in December.
This could also be a case of Sledgehammer Games "settling in" - Vanguard did only just come out, after all. We should find out in the next week, or so, what the case is going forwards. Keep an eye on social media!
