It's an exciting time of year to be a gamer.
Not only has there recently been the launch of next-gen consoles, there have also been a host of awesome games released.
This has led to one hell of a week in the games sales charts, with AC Valhalla previously on top spot.
Now, however, a new game is here to takeover, so let's take a look!
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
The behemoth that is Call of Duty has reclaimed its number one spot from the Assassin's Creed game.
Despite it's week-on-week sales dropping by a further 27%, the game still managed to top the charts.
The game has also supposedly broken further records for digital sales, although official figures aren't out yet.

Now at the top of both digital and physical sales, Black Ops Cold War is well on its way to becoming the top-selling game of the year.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla
The latest Assassin's Creed title took number one spot last week from Call of Duty.
This is an incredible achievement, especially given how close the release dates of the two games were.
Unfortunately, heading into this week, the title experienced a 70% drop in sales.

This has even allowed other title to creep up in the physical sales charts.
The Sales Charts
We know that Black Ops Cold War takes the top spot, however, AC Valhalla drops to fourth.
The EA title, FIFA 21, has launched into second place following some awesome Black Friday deals.
In third, the PlayStation exclusive Spider-Man: Miles Morales maintains a strong position.
The latest Assassin's Creed title has dropped all the way to fourth, and Fortnite: The Last Laugh bundle in fifth.
