When does the Battlefield 2042 Beta drop?
At the moment, we don't know when the Battlefield 2042 Beta is going to drop. Rumours suggest that it's going to arrive as soon as September 6th, but this would be very short notice given the fact that it looks like it's going to be exclusively for everyone who pre-ordered the game.
One retailer was quoted saying the following by PlayStationNPN - however, the tweet posting this has since been removed:
" Purchase this product by 03.09.2021 in PRE-SALE and you will receive access to the early BETA of the video game from 06.09 to 11.09."
EA DICE has been pretty quiet, too. However, they did tweet out the following earlier today - September 1st - which would suggest we're getting news about the Battlefield 2042 Beta and its release date soon.
A couple of days notice isn't a lot of time for people who want to pre-order Battlefield 2042 in order to play the Battlefield 2042 Beta when it actually does release - it's a quite expensive title.
The language in the Tweet below, though - which was a reply to someone complaining about the lack of communications from EA DICE - would make it seem like the Battlefield 2042 Beta is going to release a little later than this.
Either way, we should hear something soon from EA DICE regarding when the Battlefield 2042 Beta is due to release.
