Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a much bigger one than what it started with back in 2020. Seeing a handful of major expansions, dozens of updates and more arrive, it's sure to take you a while to get through. If that's not enough, Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok is finally here. This is how you start the quest if you're a little lost.
How to start Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok
Before you start up Dawn of Ragnarok, you have to have both the DLC and base game loaded and ready to go. Once this is sorted, get in there and you should find a brand new quest in your quest log called "Restless Dreams". This will make Eivor sit near a tree to get an epilogue to the story of the DLC.
You are then sent back into your world, where you have to continue the restless dreams quest to go back in.
What to do if the quest doesn't appear?
The quest doesn't have a specific trigger and should be there the second the DLC goes live. If it's not there, it's likely an issue with the current version of the game. Close it down, check everything is downloaded and open it up again. If it still doesn't work, give it an hour or try before you try again.
Unfortunately, there's no way of forcing the DLC to start so you will just have to wait.
Is Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok included in the Season Pass?
Unfortunately, Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok is not included in the Season Pass. This is likely due to the size and the effort of the team. Taking anywhere between 20 to 40 hours to complete, there's a lot of content on offer. If you're thinking of picking it up for yourself, you can check our review right here.
