2020 is finally about to get better!
After months of waiting, Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Valhalla is finally releasing tomorrow.
We're sure you're eager to get stuck in, but we've taken a moment to answer any of those final questions you might have before your game arrives.
Release Date
Assassin's Creed Valhalla launches on Tuesday, 10 November 2020.
Pre-loads are already live across Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PC, but the game won't release until 12 November on PS5.
Release Time
The exact time you'll be able to play depends on which platform you're using:
- PC (using Ubisoft Connect) - 11am EST / 5am GMT, 10 November
- PC (using Epic Games Store) - 12:01am EST / 4pm GMT, 10 November
- Xbox One/Xbox Series X - 12:01am Local Time, 10 November
- PS4 - 12:01am Local Time, 10 November
- PS5 - TBC, 12 November US / 19 November UK
Day One Update (1.01)
Ubisoft announced that their new title had gone gold back in mid-October, before releasing Valhalla's day one patch on 28 October.
This day one patch implmenents any of the work or fixes that Valhalla's dev team have made prior to release and will go live on release day.
The official patch notes for the upcoming game are:
- Fine-tuned the balancing of the game
- Addressed various quest-related nuisances
- Improved performance and stability
- Miscellaneous bug fixes
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Gameplay
In Assassin's Creed Valhalla, we'll play as Eivor a Viking warrior, as we plunder and raid our way through England's Dark Ages.
