League of Legends is one of the most popular video games, part of that is due to the developers over at Riot Games constantly giving it content and updates each season.
Spanning a little less than a year, seasons in League of Legends give players several reasons to play. From tons of new events, balance changes, and new skins to enjoy to making sure they reach at least Gold to get their exclusive skin, each one is jampacked with content, action, and more.
Seeing as we're approaching the end of the year, that means that the current League of Legends season, Season 12, is also nearing conclusion.
Here's when League of Legends Season 12 ends.
When does League of Legends Season 12 end?
League of Legends Season 12 went live on Friday, January 7, 2022, and will end on Monday, November 14, 2022.
Players can expect the season to end at 11:59 pm local server time. Once it's finished, League of Legends will usher in the preseason for Season 13. Players will have a total of two months to test out everything prior to the new Ranked season going beginning in January of 2023. Additionally, players who made Gold in Season 12 will be awarded the Victorious Sejuani skin.
Season 13 will introduce new content and updates. These include the new champions, as is customary for new seasons, a CGU for Aurelion Sol, an ASU for Ahri, and tons of Gameplay Updates.
These Gameplay Updates include an update to the Ping System, adding more pings to the ping wheel, an overhaul to Vision and Warding, changes to the Jungle making it easier to play, Jungle Pets, a new and improved Chemtech Drake, changes to XP and Gold, brand-new Items, and revisions on old ones.
There will be plenty to do once Season 12 ends and the preseason for Season 13 arrives.
