Verdansk is Heading Toward Destruction

Warzone is heading for some drastic changes with Zombies running rampant in Verdansk, and an explosive event on its way.

Here's what you need to know about what's next for Call of Duty Warzone, and the Verdansk map.

LATEST - Verdansk Destruction Date Revealed

Call of Duty Zombies have broken through Warzone's signature Verdansk map - and the event may have nuclear consequences.

A recent tweet from the Call of Duty account gives a time and date, 12pm PT on April 21st, and an ominous warning of what may become of Verdansk in Warzone.

This all adds up to what will likely be a nuclear bomb attack on Verdansk to end Call of Duty Season 2, and segue into a new map for Call of Duty Season 3, which begins on April 22nd.

Ural Mountains Could Be Next

A new teaser from Treyarch points to Call of Duty Warzone taking on a new Zombies map, where players will fight to survive in the Ural Mountains from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

While many expected a map in the Season 2 Reloaded patch, it seems it could be arriving on April 22nd in time for Call of Duty Season 3.

Warzone's Zombie Problem

In an effort to keep things fresh, Activision is finally enacting their plan to get rid of Verdansk and introduce a new map to Call of Duty: Warzone.

Although we only know leaks and rumours about what's to come, we do know that Verdansk has a Zombies problem.
